Our Service Warranty
Every repair we complete is backed by our own service warranty. If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will return and resolve it at no additional charge. This covers the labour and workmanship of our technicians.
Please note: we do not provide or represent the official manufacturer warranty, and we do not offer manufacturer warranty extensions. Our warranty covers exclusively the work performed and the parts supplied by us.
Parts Warranty
All parts purchased through us carry their own warranty. If a part we supplied fails within the warranty period, we will replace it. We use genuine OEM parts and OEM-compatible alternatives — both are covered.
Genuine and OEM-Compatible Parts
We source parts from two approved channels:
- Genuine OEM parts — exact manufacturer replacements for current and recent models
- OEM-compatible parts — third-party components made to the same specification, available for older models where genuine parts are no longer stocked
Parts are ordered after our technicians have completed the diagnostic assessment of your appliance. This ensures we source the exact component needed for your specific model and fault — no guesswork, no unnecessary parts.
